Without limbs or eyes, you can live but not without heart that belongs to sun.  The heart of the organisation is the boss,  the head, the owner who is sun. The  loss of King is a great loss to the country just as weak sun in Chart is indicating lack of energy and majestic personality.   Sun represents these superior personalities. Unless sun rules and favors you, you can't attain these position and nor can you get government job that is also governed by Sun.

Why is Saturn, the son of Sun enemy to Sun? The difference between Sun and Saturn is the difference between a King and a beggar.
