The Characteristics of Eighth House in Astrology

The divine judgment for all your sins and crimes of the past is the Eighth house.  Ninth house shows God’s grace and help in all your efforts but eighth house that is 12th to 9th shows the complete denial of God’s grace, meaning ultimate and inescapable suffering.

Any house connected with 8th house indicates the cause and place of death.  For example, if 9th house is connected with 8th house, death will occur during long journey.  If 12th house is connected with it, death will occur in hospital or unknown places among unknown persons.  If malefics (evil planets) are linked with 8th house, the person will have unnatural death :Rahu -suicide, Mars and Saturn -accident, electric shock, Uranus – wrong treatment, Neptune -poisoning and drowning.

Eighth house in addition to 1st and 3rd are the most important house to judge how long a person will live, what is promised – a short life (33years), medium life (66 years) or long life (66 to 100 years or above).  How to calculate one’s longevity will be discussed soon in another article with examples.
